Ben and I were just saying how fast the Fall season is flying by. November is here for real. It was 20 F yesterday morning with a real feel temp of 9 F! The leaves are mostly gone, we are knee deep in farm maintenance projects, and the to-do list before Thanksgiving feels big. :)

Happy Friday! Whew, what a week! On Tuesday, we put in a 21 hour day and renovated our milking parlor (again). If you have been with us a while, you'll remember that we built a Swing 20 New Zealand style milking parlor in 2021. That parlor replaced our original 6 stanchion parlor that we started with in 2017. 

This recipe is a family favorite! The boys love to eat them warm served with butter. A dozen muffins goes FAST around here!

As our family routines shift from full summer days to the rhythm of back to school, I am finding myself writing lists for our go-to breakfasts. 

I realize it’s still August…however, it was in the 40’s (!!) yesterday morning which has me thinking about hot coffee and all of the Autumn flavors that we love, so I’m bringing back on old blog post that was published a few Decembers ago. Enjoy! :)
