Lunch Prep Hack
This is the easiest & filling snack or lunch to take with you! Nourishment, anywhere you go. 🧡
In a recycled jam jar, add plain yogurt (my recipe is on IG & creambrookfarm.com)
Then add:
Maple syrup or raw honey
Nuts
Dried fruit
Chocolate chips
You could even add Heart & Soil whey powder, yum!
Pop the lid on top and you have a delicious meal on the go!
